We are looking for an experienced interim Site Manager for an intensive FM assignment in Solna, 100%, starting immediately for 3-6 months.

As an interim Site Manager in Solna, you will step into a strategic Facility Management assignment with a larger client within a partnership-based delivery model. The assignment is full-time for 3-6 months and entails operational and business-related responsibility for FM services at the headquarters and associated units. Here, you will combine leadership, customer relations, and business development in close dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders. You are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the operations, ensure smooth operations, and develop the delivery moving forward.

Your responsibilities

As an interim Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Budget and financial responsibility, including follow-up and customer dialogue
• Operational leadership of group leaders and key roles within FM
• Quality assurance of delivery in cleaning, reception, workplace services, security, and technology
• Proactive development of customer relations and workplace solutions
• Responsibility for work environment, safety, and labor law issues
• Improvement work in collaboration with the customer and internal functions
• Stable and present leadership in a complex environment

The assignment is 100% with immediate start and lasts for 3-6 months. The placement is primarily at the customer in Arenastaden, Solna. You will report to the contract manager and be part of the management team for the assignment. The assignment runs parallel to an ongoing recruitment process and aims to ensure continuity and development in the delivery.
